What would be the minimum you'd accept to work that much every week?

Double my current salary I make for working 40 hours a week, plus the cost of a permenant maid, nanny, and cook.

I wouldn't work 80 hours a week, so I don't know.

^This. I hear all these stories but I've never known anyone required to work that many hours per week.

I currently work 40 hours a week, so it would have to be at least double that. In fact, it would have to be far more than double- to work 16 hour days would mean 8 hours free each day. If I get 7 hours sleep, that leaves me with 1 hour free each day, which would probably be taken up by my commute. Actually, you probably couldn't pay me enough to go through that. I'd prefer my health and sanity.

Considering I only sleep about 4 hours per night I could do it for a few years and have done it. But it would come at a ridiculously high cost. 1.5X my current salary (so that I can pay a house cleaner, pay to have folks maintain things around my house, my vehicles, etc...)

Then I would require to accrue vacation time at 2x my current accrual rate and the ability to take vacations at least twice per year with no interruption from work. I would also require the ability to work from home as needed and the ability to flex my schedule so that if I am up until 2am working I can come in a bit later than normal.

I got used to it previously, but wouldn't dare want to do it again long term without some serious benefit.

I also would definitely not work 80 hours even on my own business. I'm going to start applying to Amazon now that they are testing a 30 hour work week

I am good at my current job, get everything done and could do more if it was on my plate and still get it done in 30 hours

I would expect that I would be working for results and not per hour.

My minimum would be $200,000 a year and that is with 4 vacation weeks a year.

I would work 100 hours a week for $200,000 with the 4 vacations weeks a year.

I work 70 hours per week, so I would expect a 1/7th increase in my earnings. But before that could become reality, federal regulations would have to be loosened, which is not likely.
