I was a fan until my boss pulled a fast one on my recent review, not giving me any indication that I wasn't performing up to his expectations and then giving NO substantive explanation for why I got that rating. I didn't push back and I regret it.

So I was loyal until that point and am now looking out for #1. He can have fun picking up the slack when I leave.

My boss was a pile of $hit which is the reason I quit. He can manage however he chooses just without me
