I can hope and assume that they just want to make sure that the higher up employees I didn't meet with need to approve first..I'm not sure? I'm sorry but this is ridiculous for your type of position. The problem today is many companies think they're searching for the next Scarlett O' Hara in a remake of GWTW.

How have you been coordinating your time so far for the 3 interviews you already had? Are you calling in sick, or say you have an appt. and come in late? Or have you been able to interview and not interfere with your current job? I am guessing no.

Also have you had other interviews or interviews lined up at other companies?

The trick is not let your current employer know, that gets harder and harder to do the more times you need to interview.

Sorry, they're not considering your time and show poor management skills when they should have had you meet the team one of the three times you were already there.

as others have said - this is crazy for an entry level position. I've only done the above once- and that was for a six figure job - so it made sense (also required a lot of experience/education).. I'd basically just tell them you're very interested in the opportunity; but you can't risk taking more time away from your current job so if they want you to meet the team- it has to be after your normal work hours.
