Exactly. You have to be a hustler (and very proactive) to do well at insurance and real estate sales. I don't think that is one of the OPs attributes.

$12/hr is a decent entry wage. What's wrong? Are there are pay increases? Promotion opportunities? I'm at $16+ an hour after a couple years on the job. I'm doing just great.
