At the end of May I will have my AS in Business Administration. Does anyone know of any decent paying part time job I can get with my AS? I can work full time during the summer but only part time starting September. Something that pays $9 to $12 would be ideal.

I've applied to a couple of property managers jobs all of them either want a 4 year degree our they need me to work full time starting now. One I had the interview with, needed me there from 7:30 to 5 six days a week.

Is that residential apartment management? I am in commercial real estate, and when we hire property managers the requirement is 5 years experience plus degree, and starts at about $85k. Two of my lease administrators came from a temp agency originally, Appleone. They worked here several months and we happened to have an opening during that time. They had the advantage of being known as good workers in addition to meeting the qualifications. They started at about $25/hour.
