I'm sorry this time didn't work out, but you have to keep plugging away. Making it as far as you did is still a good sign- you did well enough to be in serious contention so that's a compliment to you. Check out other call centers, and also send a polite follow up for this one- not to give false hope but the reality is that call center type jobs have a lot of turnover and if you leave a good impression and are gracious, they may keep you in mind for the next opening.

Consider it a blessing in disguise. It's true that most call center jobs pay more than other jobs but it's not pretty and I'll leave it at that.

Sometimes it's not really you but them. Some employers are just really picky and they go with there gut just like you should go with yours when wanting to accept an offer or not if one is made.
