I truly despise the people I work with. I understand why disgruntle employees do what they do. I thank God for a job but I deserve better than this. I really do. It has been rough since day one. Unfortunately, I do not anticipate it getting better. My new manager is a $$$$$$$$$. I am afraid that she will make me tell her what I think of her. She is really not as amazing as she thinks she is. If she were, why is she working there?

We all need jobs but I did not choose this. I do not mean to be ungrateful. I earn every dollar I make. I want out. I have four more months before I make a year. I am going to start looking after that. I wanted to make two years but I do not want to go to jail or show a side of me that few people have seen.

I truly believe people who feel the need to berate and disrespect people should be given a good beat down. Unfortunately, it is against the law. Maybe one day she will meet the wrong person who does not care. I hope it happens and I get to rejoice when the story is being told me. I am actually smiling.

OP from the way you talk down about your manager and co-workers the problem sounds to be coming more from the mirror than everyone else and appears that judgment has been cast from a high horse. When it's one person with the problem, it might be them. When it's everyone else with the problem... well, you get the point.

And I have no idea what that has to do with taking a sick day....

My day was actually pretty good. Thank God for mental health days. I wanted to kill that lady but she will never know.

Whoa, take it easy hero.

Joking about 'killing' someone is no laughing matter these days.

I was not joking. I was angry. I stayed home and got over it. She does not know how I feel. I am disappointed in myself for allowing that person to get under my skin. She is not worth. It is a lot of work but I do not mind the job. I just have to learn to ignore her and not internalize it.
