How much Paid Time off (PTO) do you all get? (hours, private)

258 hours annually if I turn all applicable paid time into days off. I'm scheduled to work 36 hours per week.

Sick, annual, and personal all added up are 209 for me, and it goes up the longer I'm in service there (goes up a tiny bit, but does go up).

I also have about 9 paid holidays, so another 72 hours if we're counting those.

My employer initiated a "Retiree Health Plan" - adding unused sick time dollars to an investment account which - after I retire - I can use for health costs.

It's up to $8,000.... which will help us pay for my spouses' insurance costs until he also reaches Medicare as he is 2 years younger than I am.

If I figured it out right my husband gets about 240 hours annually.

6 weeks PTO. 9 paid Holidays. 0 Sick days unless it's in the form on Short Term Disability.

I usually never use all my PTO, so I sometimes roll a week over.

7ish weeks of PTO plus comp time if I come in on a weekend or something. No paid holidays or sick days so you use your PTO for any that you take off. Kind of nice since we have the option of working and can use our time off when we really want to. Then again I get so much that it's pretty irrelevant since you couldn't possibly use all that time.

i started a thread recently complaining about my PTO and people told me i had it really good and i should stop complaining, but everyone here has like 5 weeks lol

I beg to differ - I have no problem using that much time along with my 7 paid holidays!
