No, I don't need chipped. If I go missing for a few days, I'll find my way home eventually, and I'm not that likely to be hit while chasing cars. Not saying it couldn't happen, but I'm pretty cautious about that sort of thing. I only chase those smart cars, those are too small to hurt me too much.
Nope. No way. Not for any amount of money. It might be just for the vending machines or building security today, but what will they program it for tomorrow?
