Well, I don't know how to feel, perhaps she really should have been more careful of this kind of stuff.
Private companies can do what they like.
OTOH, I find those pictures distinctly "meh" and given that I have a nearly friend like relationship with most of the tellers at my local branch, I would feel free to tell the bank manager if I thought it was a mistake.
It went all over the office, caused a distraction and that's that. She is a narcissist just like anyone else that would publicize their photos like she did.
Disgusting. Good Lord, woman, nobody wants to see your fat rolls and your cellulite. I have to look in the mirror every day and see that. Who needs a photoshoot? Only somebody who craves attention would do this, and she got what she asked for.
The pictures are tacky, but they don't show much skin, or at least much that could be called provocative. Her tattoos, however, are nightmarish. What possesses people to put an 8 inch high permanently inked picture of a zombie on their arm? That will look nice when she's 75.
I don't blame the bank, though. People need to present themselves with at least a moderate amount of decorum, whether they are at work or away from work. It used to be the norm to do this, not sure what happened. Also, this is was probably a big distraction when she was at work, because it seems like she was hell bent on the world seeing her "sexy" pictures rather than keeping them between her and her friends on social media. The bank has a right to expect professionalism from their professionals, right?
Many companies have morals clauses when it comes to employment. Many companies would find plastering your naked body all over the internet a huge strike against the morals clause. Banks are typically VERY conservative companies to work for. You can have a personal life, but keep it personal. If you end up on the cover of Playboy showing the world your goods, expect to lose your job at many places.

Keep your private life private.
This is a new frontier in feminism. Taking risque pictures of people who are not traditionally looked upon as attractive, to "unshackle" stereotypes of what is and isn't attractive.
