I wasted 5 years after 2008 on Monster and Careerbuilder; == no job hire ever!

I recently went to a Job Center at the Goodwill on Harlem Ave in Berwyn, IL; looking at the job books there, -- patheticaly, there are HARDLY ANY PROFESSIONAL JOB LISTINGS THERE EVER! If that is the case, then America is a THIRD WORLD country just like the Philippines where there aren't MANY professional level jobs anymore!

Yeah, I stopped going to Job Fairs too, because they are so BS...

Temp agencies are part of the causes of the "Destruction of America." Because of the "permatemp" concept, and because employers now abuse the "temp worker" concept extensively.

Temp agencies have relationships with employers and it's how you get inside the company.

A temp agency might pay you $20 / hr yet they charge the company you work for $38 / hr. So I'd rather cut them out and be an Independent Freelancer.

The point is temp agencies is how you get into most companies since they don't hire from the outside that often.

I already have extensive experience from working at many temp agencies. America should forget that CRAP.
