Un-freaking grateful (work, good, shift, coworkers)

I have about had it with one of my coworkers. I have covered her shift at work quite a bit over the past year and the last two months all she does anymore is complain about how she can never take anytime off and how unfair it is to her. No acknowledgement what-so-ever about the times I have covered. Even when I try saying something she just keeps ranting. And she also has started to jab at me when I take time off. I am not good at being subtle so I might just let her know I am not going to be willing to cover for her in the future if she keeps this up. I just don't get it. Why bite the hand that feeds you like that?

Maybe if you stopped feeding the mouth that bites your hand.?

Don't let her keep it up, just stop covering for her. You might get lucky and she'll quit. She doesn't care about you, just about herself.
