Oh lordy. People need to take a chill pill. Your coworker is wrong and can only see a tiny glimpse of who you are. There's nothing you can do about that kind of ignorance, but be professional and do your job. It doesn't matter where you work you will find someone that either doesn't like you or that you don't like. That's just life.

She hated me and hates my guts even more now since I went to my supervisor about her.

IN my case the co-worker worked swing I was graveyard. Everytime he came by I'd praise the President or curse the last one. I'm sure he'd have loved to kill me, but that's against the rules!

Sometimes there is really nothing you can do... except to be beyond reproach... especially when it comes to a he said she said issue.

If you let someone change who you are are you any better for it?

Going to your supervisor was necessarily bad but then it often takes a life of it's own.

Supervisors are loath to get in the middle of these things... be different if the claim was stealing or undermining the company...

At the hospital... our CEO was an old Military Nurse way back when I was hired... a no nonsense kind of person who would say if you can't be professional... you both should leave... again regarding relationships...

If a Doctor was coming on to a nurse... that would be different... but not with equals.

I haven't gotten along with my managers for years. I pretend they don't exist and they do the same to me. My job doesn't really require communication, so it works out fine for the most part.

When coworkers hate me, I do passive-aggressive things to trigger them. I also outperform them and let them know who's top dawg.

I had a coworker snubbing all of us because the boss called him out for not documenting his work. He would eventually decide to talk to two of the people on the team, but not me or my boss. I think he singled me out because I was his backup, and he was mine....but I would frequently struggle with his projects when he was out sick/on vacation because as previously noted, he didn't document anything, so I frequently had no idea where he was on anything. And if I was out of town or sick.....he didn't do diddly-squat with my projects. So I'd come back to people screaming that nothing had ben done in all the time I was gone. So I would be reporting this to the boss, which got him into further trouble. So somehow, his unwillingness to do his job properly was my fault.

My boss happened to see him snubbing me one day--he and I were walking down the hall, and he deliberately put a 'sneer' on his face and looked away from me. My boss asked me how I felt about that, and got a good laugh when I said, "I've made it 45 years on this earth without him liking me, I'll somehow survive the next 45."

OP, didn't you already create a thread on this months ago?

My coworker hates me and it’s bothering more and more each day.

If so, as per terms of this forum, creating repeat threads is not allowed.

Also, based on your previous threads, it's obviously time to find another job.

If you were miserable everyday and tried everything. What would you do?

Can you advise if it is normal to fix sales reps mistakes all day?
