I think the key is to establish some general things you want to know. For me, I typically want to understand the position, the environment/culture, and what they are expecting (what does success look like for them or how they measure it, etc).

I don't have specific questions that i would bring though as most of my questions are based on what they've provided. The HR person may bring up the fact that they won best employer awards etc. Then I'll also what they've done specifically to gauge employee engagement or manage that, etc.
