I highly recommend craigslist. We have posted jobs on just about every available resource and by far craigslist has been TOPS! That and it is free. We posted an opening for an Admin. Asst and w/in the first 1/2 day had over 50 resumes. By the next morning we topped 100. Some were not qualified but many were. And, this is a biggie. We could put our location as we are in a large metropolitan area and most of the applicants we got from craigslist all live close. Within 24 hours of posting our opening I took it off as we had PLENTY of applicants.
