Dating is impossible with this schedule. Agree completely. OP needs career counseling for sure.

Keeping together an existing relationship is a little easier than forming a new one under this schedule. At least with an existing romantic relationship, a foundation was built prior to the bad work schedule coming into place.

Since the OP is single they should be saving money. Hopefully lots of money and not wasting it. The accumulation of wealth, without debt, can lead to more options. I know that is not an immediate solution; but it is still a solution.

If they are not saving money and they are working those long hours; then it is time to find a new job!
