Which restaurant is better for first job? (resume, experience, Texas)

Sorry maybe I could've worded the title better, but I applied for 3 different resturants looking for work. First time waitress. I applied to cheesecake factory, red robin, and Texas Roadhouse grill.

For those of you had a job in this field, which os less stress? Better for beginners? The manager of cheesecake took my resume and saw I only had experience in a cafe- like a neighborhood bar lounge place, but that's it. I want to go on to a more popular place.
