I have initiated an investigation with the EEOC in the state of my previous employer of 35 years.
I left in good standing about 1 year ago. I returned to the state and started applying for positions in my specific area. After 6 denials it was enough.
In an attempt to resolve, I can enter a revocable dispute resolution and can ask for pre-determined settlement.
I will ask for 'front pay' from now to my full retirement age, in present value.
I will ask for the amount of 401K they would have contributed had I been hired.
I will ask for amount of their insurance that I am paying for right now.
Any thoughts, missing anything?, I can't ask for damages.
