Have you ever encountered any emails that make you feel like you wanna pull your hair out ?
For example :
  • Whenever someone accomplished something and emailed it to the whole team, management loved to reply with a Thank, then the others followed. Man! I always delete all the meaningless thank you junk email.
  • People also replied emails that add no real substance rather than they wanted add more visibility to their existence.
  • There is a guy who really likes to announce his situation to the whole team whether he will work from today, sick today, cannot come to work,.. I am forced to create a filter to move all his mails to a special folder.
  • Tons of meaningless meeting invitation in inbox...

Uh, that is not email harassment. Rather people giving you updates to ensure you know what is going on.

This is not harrassment, but employees who keep everyone in the loop. Take it easy, you are far too involved with perception.

We even get email to our trucks and I am so tired of deleting the messages that don't apply to the fleet I'm in or the same messges that are sent several times a day...
