. Hope that Amazon sweatshop gets sued for everything they have. Guess the "Robotic future help" isn't all sunshine and rainbows so you can eliminate all humans from making a living.

Amazon will do anything to get rid of their employees, that's how badly they devalue their people.

punitive damages due to incompetence. A good lawyer can spin amazon as a board line human rights abuser and the jury will most likely agree. They could dredge up all of the cases of heat exhaustion due to amazon being to cheap to climate control their warehouse and on and on.

So long as this result in a 7 figure pay out for each victem, it will set a precedent that if you are a human rights abuser your going to pay. Some serious jail time for bezos would be nice but wont happen.

HA!

If they balk and offered me less than $1 million in arbitration I'm dragging it out in court. The best lawyers will line up for even contingency anything Amazon related. With the recent articles about working conditions in the media the tide is in the worker's favor.

They have a long track record already. They will need a McDonald's coffee type settlement to get them to behave. Their drivers **** and sh** in the trucks en route.

This isent any warehouse, amazon already has a history of human rights violations and those can be brought to bare in the law suit.

Law suits against places like Amazon are punitive in nature because these companies are a detriment to the country. They are allowed to exist because of crony capitalism, they buy influence from federal and state governments to get what they want where any other ware house could not do.

Once they gain this political favor then they can start abusing employees because they no longer have to compete evenly in the market because they have representatives making sure they get what they want.

The law suits are designed to be oprotunistic asymetric warfare because thats what corporations are doing to us with crony capitalism and if the little guy can get a symathetic jury or judge to take a little bit out of amazons hide and set some legal precidence against mega corps then thats a good thing.
