But you have to get experience with that in demand skills. No experience, no job. No job, no experience. The catch-22 is a blocker.

The trick is to get around that catch-22 and get the job.

Hey man, some of us in our 30s work two jobs!

And not even because we are drowning in student loans!

you can not run, nor can you hide. they will come for you.

in 03 i failed to file deferred paperwork. (way to personal for details) i haven't seen an income tax refund since ... and if i do not work this out before retirement i won't see an ss check either. they do not care what kind of life you're living, department of education will collect on those loans. heed my warning ... figure out; don't let them do that for you.

Youngsters are addicted to their phones and the Internet nowadays. They start using phones young and cannot imagine life without them. If you tell them to put their phone away and start working, they will look at you as though you have lost your mind. It's like telling someone to stop breathing. If these youngsters get fired for using their phone at work, most of them won't understand why they got fired. Absolutely amazing.

Again, not only younger people. There is a lady I work with who is on her phone A LOT and the other day she sat on it for thirty minutes straight while other stuff was going on around her. She's in her 40s. The other day someone came down to our department and she was completely oblivious that someone came into the room asking questions!

At my previous job, the lady in her 50s/about to hit 60 got a talking to for using her phone non-stop.

You guys won't be able to blame "youngsters" when these "youngsters" get older.
