Good news. My son is a software developer in his first job. He's seriously considering a job change. He hoped to stay at his current employer for at least 5 years, but some things have made that unlikely at this point. The company he works for has been in the news a lot recently. He's not worried about being let go, but the atmosphere has become very stressful and will become more so in the next few weeks. For a young person that consistently gets calls and emails from recruiters, the next thing looks good.
