Fear of changing jobs

I would try to stick it out with your current employer. You're comfortable. You're satisfied with the pay. You've only been there only 7 months, and this other job would be a lateral move. The only thing that would benefit you would be the pay. It's always good to make more money, but if the benefits are lacking (I don't know if they are, just saying...) that extra pay may not seem as great as you think it would be. Especially if it knocks you to the next tax bracket.
