YES. For me anyway. I left a 6-figure job at Capital One (by far the most horrific, laughably inept, back-stabbing/soul-sucking POFS place I have ever worked) for a job paying about 2/3 that at a small company and knock on wood couldn't be happier. Do I miss the extra money? Hell yes. Was it worth it for my sanity and well being? omfg yes a thousand times over.
