I was googling to somewhat get an answer on a question I had. Saw various threads here regarding the issue but slightly different than my issue. I am a recent college grad within the healthcare field. I have a few job interviews lined up and a few offers that have come through (but still need interview). I know for a fact that I have a few doctor appointments coming up during the 90 day probationary period. They are necessary appointments.

My question is, is it likely (I understand this can't be answered for sure) that I would get let go over it if I told them ahead of time during interview? I don't have to miss the entire day, can take off early. The latest appointment my doctor schedules for is 3:00 pm. The drive from the place I am most interested in is about 20 minutes to the clinic.

I will have about 3 appointments during my probationary period. All of which are necessary and can be confirmed by my doctor.

Is it likely that this would hinder my ability to get hired and/or kill me after the probationary period ends?

Thank you for any input!
Forget about the appointments until you have a job. If I were interviewing you and you told me about these appointments I would have to wonder why you couldn’t reschedule them. Even if you could not reschedule them, after you get a job let your supervisors know immediately about the dates. They are not going to whisper to each other about why you didn’t disclose the appointments prior to. In short, employers deal with Dr. appointments all the time, your situation is not unique.
