There are some shared spaces for entrepreneurs to rent by the hour, week, months, etc. Check to see if there is one in your area. Some places, you can also rent out conference room if you want quiet space. Other option is the local library or Starbucks. But most places, you have to have your own laptop/computer.

If you have a laptop - you can visit your local bakery/coffee shop and work from there. May folks do that regardless. Also your local library, Wegmans, etc.
You can also use a virtual office (intelligent office, Regis, etc.). Many small companies use these instead of leasing actual space. You basically share office space, meeting rooms, telecom, etc.
I need to download files from my email and wonder if that would be allowed in these places.
My printer broke, so I went to the library to print from their computers. Of course you can download documents. I'd just make sure they were deleted from the computer before leaving.

A surprising number of people still think of libraries as places to get those book things. Many if not most have added very 21st-century features including wifi, shared computers, printers, scanners and often a "business" area much like that offered by hotels, separate from the kids writing reports on Columbus.
I was on the board of one in a small town, and otherwise worked to support it, and we got it doubled in size and added corporate-grade business facilities including internet-coupled video presentation systems and (just as I left) 3D printing.
And it's almost always free, with nickel and dime charges for printing and a few such things.
I love how when we get calls for people's internet going out and they say "I'm trying to run a business!"
Oh, I see here that you subscribe to a residential plan...
A business plan simply being about twice the price, even when it doesn't offer symmetrical speeds or fixed IP addresses. I've never seen one for a residential area that offered any specific uptime or enhanced service response.
And I get about six solicitations a week from Comcast.
Backup battery, external batteries, backup internet (hotspot), backup location (library or similar. That should have you covered.
