Of the few interviews I've had, at least two were cut short the minute I walked in the door - glances all around, a few perfunctory questions, thanks for your time... with three or four senior people pulled into attendance.

Nope, kids, I'm not 35. Shame on your little rumpled heads for not recognizing that from the resume...
