Some people will say "bad" things about a company just b/c they had a disappointing interview with them or other bad scenario happen but some people will comment honestly. I usually look at the reviews where positions seem to be more than entry level (or closer to my current work position) to see how people in those positions fared, or enjoyed their stay with the company (however short or long).
