What do you mean different rules? The manager was fired. The manager doesn't even work in corporate or a corporate restaurant. She worked for the franchisee.

If that were my wife and my unborn child that manager would've had really really bad day.

What's no surprise? We're talking about a Taco Bell manager. Not a Microsoft manager. There's a vast difference between the two.


The woman was arrested, fired, convicted, fined, ordered to community service, have no contact with victim and ordered to take anger management classes. AND she has a felony conviction now, which will make it difficult for her to find another fast food management job.


I'd say her punishement fits the crime.
