I work in the bakery of a grocery store. While I'm doing my early morning bakery routine 2 women approach me and asked if the store was open. I said I didn't know and asked them what time it was. They didn't know.
I said, "Well, ladies, did you have to PRY the doors apart to get in here?"
They glanced at each other and with a sheepish grin, one of them says "We thought the doors were just not working."
I said, "Nope, the doors work fine. You ladies just broke in."

The cake decorator put a deco tip in an icing bag and filled it with a pretty teal colored icing. After positioning the bag in the crook of her arm, she proceeded to trim the cake she as working on.

A moment later I hear her exclaim, "Oh my god, I can't believe this s**t!"

I looked up to see what's going on and saw that she had forgotten to tie off the end of the icing bag. When she squeezed the bag with her arm, teal icing went out the back end of the bag all up under her arm, down the side of her shirt, and plopped onto the floor. Then, she stepped in it!

I was roflmao, while I was helping her get the mess cleaned up.

I can come up with quite a few, but here's a simple one:

Caveat: no reportable injuries or write-ups resulted.

While attending college I worked part time in the main cafeteria preparing bulk salads for dinner (jello, coleslaw, potato, pasta, tossed green, plus bowls of canned fruit, cottage cheese, etc). I had soccer practice right before the shift started. Sometimes the games ran late. One day very late. I ran in without changing out of game clothes, started grabbing stuff out of the coolers, opening huge cans into bowls, rushing back and forth through the kitchen which was bustling before serving started.

I came out of the cooler carrying a monstrous bowl of cottage cheese, flew around a corner, met a cook face to face, dodged, my soccer shoes skidded on the tile, and I fell face first. Pitched the entire bowl forward on my way down, coating the surprised cook in white glop. Somehow I managed to spread that cottage cheese from one end of the kitchen to the other. They were still finding it in nooks and crannies two hours later.

One day I was working the meat dept instead of the deli. I saw one worker run like the devil was after her. Then she came back with a box of our "Sweep absorb" and that's 8 jugs so that's a bit much. Seems one worker was behind on her duties and had to empty the deep fryer. Each tank holds 25 gallons (Five 5 gallon buckets to fill them, I know that well) so, she positioned the oil deposit tank car (Small cart with 25 gallon tank for oil and wheels) and emptied BOTH of the tanks.

That's a total of fifty gallons of oil.....

So 25 gallons of 100+ degree oil flowed out on to floor into the freezer. Buy tossing all those jugs of the absorb, they turned the oil into thick pudding. I was low on hours, so I stayed for a few hours helping them clean it up...
