I believe I mentioned early on that I contacted the UE office as well as the Board of Labor before making any moves. UE stated that she can file all she wants, having approved is a different story especially considering her experience was misleading. Additionally, they stated that because she only worked a few days, she would have to site her last held position prior to ours which would more than likely (depending on actual time worked there) they would be responsible for any UE paid out.

Yes, I believe that you are correct. Interestingly enough, this person is approaching age 40.
