Strangely enough, yes. That's because Husband owns a small business and I work there too and what are those employees going to do? We run the place with a conscience, considerate of other people's feelings in general (unlike so many stories here about cold and heartless bosses and co-workers) and we couldn't lay them off.

I think I would just turn the company over to the employees and let them work it like a coop where everyone shares in the profits. Let someone else have a shot at being an entrepreneur.
I still want to see how far I can go in my career. I'd still want to be part of a group health plan to control my own expenditure for healthcare. You have to RESPECT that kind of money when you get it.
If I lived in a state where I could be anonymous, I'd live in the same house. If I could not remain anonymous, I might have to rent some place for awhile until my name wasn't so popular, and then buy a home under an LLC shell.
But overall, I'd be happier just holding onto the money, knowing I've got it. My anxiety would probably reduce, I'd still pay off my debt gradually and maintain some sort of credit to have a score.

But to answer the question, NO.......why would I? I work to pay bills, put food on the table and stash some away for retirement. If that's all handled I'd stop working immediately.

I’d quit with half a million. Never had kids. Haven’t bought a new car in 15 years. My only hobby basically consists of bbqing and video games. So no need to have a ton of money and live a life of luxury when I live simple and content with that.
From my experience, people who chase money NEVER stop chasing it. They are consumed by it

That is assuming someone wants to be in charge, which is not for everyone.
