What kind of shop is this? I once, worked in the office of a glass shop, & only the more experienced glaziers drilled holes & did the more awkward cuts. Especially if it was an expensive special order glass. If they want you to drill holes, then they need to both teach you, & supply the correct equipment. What is the description of your job duties? Or is this something you are trying to learn?
My job description is an 'assembler', as I assemble lots of parts together, but a lot of requires glass. It's difficult to learn I find cause a lot of is custom jobs, and every job for a customer has been different so far. So when I learn something new, the information I've learned is only good for a few hours or a couple of of days, before the next customer job, which is different. So everything I've learned, gets discarded, every new job order, and that makes it difficult for me to master anything.
Also, it turns out that all the glass I thought I did right, with sharper tools, has all these little micro scratches and cracks in which I didn't catch. But the supervisor cannot watch me the whole time, to catch any mistakes. I have be told this later, after the product is already made, and am put behind more and more everytime because of it. So not sure what to do, if the mistakes are not caught in time, by the ones who notice that I am doing something wrong, until it's later on, they find out.

I'm bad at cutting glass, and have never tried drilling it, but I know you need a lubricant, usually oil or water, and special bits and saw blades.
Another thing, is my superiors and most of my co-workers are actually foreign, and they have thick accents, which makes a lot of what they are saying, hard to make out. So their definitely is a language communication barrier, when trying to follow instructions, which doesn't help.
Well it's been almost two weeks since, and still several breaks and cracks, and scratches, and haven't done anything without falling behind still. Perhaps I should just throw in the towel and look for another job, or is this normal and I should still keep seeing if I can get better?

Is it significantly worse than other peoples finished product? Is it just you that is struggling or many people struggling? have the bosses gotten on you about it?
I think it's time to sort out why you have significant issues with every job you get and then find one that is an appropriate fit.
You don't handle pressure well so why take a job that requires a skill and probably time constraints?
