Looks like a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. You have a disability. You let your employer know. The employer refused to do the smallest accommodation (allowing you to put the kid in the back) or forbidding the kid from wearing such fragrances.

Talk to a lawyer. You may even be able to get them to take the case on contingency.
ADA doesnít allow for any type of accommodation, not do you have any clue if the OP established this as a legitimate disability (and Iím not sure asthma would count).

And contact your local anti-discrimination agency to see if they can assist you
Thanks, contacting an attorney

You donít need an attorney. Start by asking for an accommodation.

ITA, they are not discriminating if you do not ask for an accommodation. I would persevere with all avenues before I quit. Or at least consult an attorney before you quit ( if you want to sue )

If you are happy to just quit & take no legal action, then just resign.

I submitted an accommodation letter and was switched to another run.
School didn't address the problem. Their solution is to shuffle drivers instead of dealing with any problems on buses.
Glad I don't have kids in that school system.

Pretty sad because the kids are being taught there are no consequences for bad behavior.
But then again the high school in the same district is proud of a lego pyramid display for high school students?
When were legos added to the SAT test?
