Hi, I am applying for a position in a hospital and it's a unionized position. Is it important to include in Resume that I am also a Shop Steward? Thank you.

My guess is that being a former shop steward has nothing to do with the job you are applying for.

Because some people in the management are like bullies and want to treat employees like slaves, and the Union stands up for them (the employees).

Leave it off. Management frowns on any union activity.
