What's an ideal office mix

50/50 mix of male/female brings out the best and quells the worst in both.

Too lopsided and you tend to get either macho/ideas-only work versus catty/too-many-details work. I'm generalizing of course so feel free to change that to "a mix of idea/detail people who keep their personal lives mainly personal".

divorce rates seem to say otherwise ^^ in a 50/50 marriage, it still fails nearly half the time

Hahahah....let's see....in an office you have more people to dilute all the negative and build on all the positive but in a marriage you don't?
