Go to Silicon Valley. They hire people like you all the time there.
Of course, you'll have to live 5 to a 1 bedroom apartment, since the cost of living there is ridiculous.

I have a relative who came here 2 years ago with a Masters in Electrical Engineering. Had the same problem and ended up being an Uber driver in NYC. Couldn't get any IT job in NYC which is pretty easy to do if you have a nice suit, speaks well, and have a degree.
