I think you're supposed to put a lamp next to your desk, turn off the fluorescents, and put a red or green bulb in the lamp. No glasses.

If the light are out, I use a program to filter the blue light. Windows 10 has a built-in option to this effect.

Blue light filter?
Software has adaptive technology to address minorities.
Should it be assumed that those who need light filters and other adaptive technologies are the majority?

Try a blue/yellow bulb in a lamp next to the computer.
Never mind the computer settings.
