This is a manual labor job just packing orders no real skill set, i worked in the largest wholesale distribution of sports clothing in the USA. The company is called Broder Bros was out of Michigan now have warehouses all over the country. I worked there for 30 years and retired from there. Warehouse work today is mostly automated especially for larger companies were you will only have at the most 10 employees because it’s all robots doing the work now. My oldest daughter is a semi truck driver for Meijer and this is how their big distribution centers look like.

Seriously, that type of job should be a can fog a mirror, pass a drug test, and actually show up. I wouldn't think you even need a professional resume for such a job. You might be getting rejected for being overqualified.
