I still do this but I haven't actually handed one out an an interview in a very long time. Although sometimes I find it helpful to refer to myself in between breaks, especially if I have different versions of my resume out there that emphasize different elements of my experience.
Yes! Please do. Bring several, bring a nice office leather notebook too. The kind with paper in it to write notes. Being a pen too to take notes. Be prepared. Look professional.
Ok it’s also called 2019 and I’ve also interviewed people before and never asked for a paper copy of a resume. I also wasn’t asked for one in the job I have now and can’t remember if I brought them with me. Seems unlikely that anyone I’m meeting with tomorrow won’t have online access to my resume. But I’ll be dragging my ass to the library tomorrow to print out and waste paper just in case I might look like a loser for not bringing paper copies of my resume
I was really hoping that it would be considered more tech savvy to not bring them but I guess not.
I differ from the previous posters. No need to bring a copy of the resume. I have never had to provide a copy of my resume to a hiring manager, and as a hiring manager I have never requested one.

It is all dependent on the exact person you interview with. Yes, it is 2019 and everyone received your interview online. That person will determine if they want to print it, or review online - it's their prerogative.
But what if the person you are interviewing with is old-school and expects you to bring a copy? Do you want to risk blowing the interview because of that?
