I always remember what one of my business professors in college told us (in preparation for job interviews):
"When you go into an office for an interview, always remember to be respectful to everyone...*especially* the administrative assistant! They are the ones really keeping everything together, and after your interview the managers will ask the 'what did you think of that candidate?'"
Especially these days with fewer assistants in each office, that job takes a tremendous amount of talent...they are the best multi-taskers!
