Started working at 15 for Kentucky Fried Chicken and my longest job since then was almost one year. Just never found "that" job that was worth spending a good part of my life at. In answer to the question...can't remember.

Since graduating from high school in 1965 I have had 4 jobs, not counting the one with Uncle Sam.
One of the jobs was for 30 years which I have retired from with a decent pension.
My 4th job is a part time job working at my brother-in-laws machine shop for the last 5 years. This week I gave him a two week notice. He said if I got bored to call him. He would let come back if I ever wanted to.
So in less than 2 weeks I am going to be completely retireded instead of semi-retireded.

Let's see - 8 years in job 1 out of college, then immigrated to US; 9.5 years in next job and got laid-off; moved cross country for job 3 and stayed 4 years; left that job for job 4 for 2.5 years; job 5 for 4.5 years then got laid off; moved out of state, current job into 6th month; 6 jobs in 29 years...would have been less if not for the layoffs

I have had 4. My first one was in high school at a car wash. My next one was installing microwave dishes and antennas on radio towers. My 3rd one was working for a radio network and the one I have now is working for a cellular corporation.

I started working at 16. So I have had quite a few, let's see....9 in 22 years. The longest position I have had lasted 4.5 years. Always moved on to bigger and better things. I want to add that for some of the 22 years I was either a full time student or was running my own businesses or staying home with my kids

I'm not going to count the part time jobs I had when I was in college. I started working full time when I was 20, and I'm 44 now. I've had seven full time jobs. as a word processor, receptionist, secretary, assistant, etc. Yes, they're all clerical! I make a better chief than an Indian!
My current job is the one I've been at the longest - 8 1/2 years. The job of least duration - 8 weeks, when I was a temporary typing up earthquake inspection reports after the Northridge Earthquake in 1994.
