Default Young People at work (Generation Y)

So I'm writing a blog about how people in the marketing + ad industries can market their products/services to Generation Y. It's in my city-data profile, and the blog is called "Millennial Marketer."

One of my more recent posts talks about this film festival called Cannes Young Lions that is showcasing the talent of young "creatives" in the ad industry. The post - How Nokia is Winning Over Gen Y | Millennial Marketer

Just wondering - are any of you working in marketing/ad careers? I'm looking to get some insight on the impact that you see young people making on the industry...does Rick Boyko (in this video interview) have it right?
