Question Jobe search websites that really work?

Any suggestions for legitimate job searching sites? I've come to believe that most of them are just hunting grounds for ID theives and temp agency hyenas...

The only site I consider legit at the moment is http://www.usajobs.gov/ if anyone could suggest other sites on par with this example...well I'd just be overjoyed!

There are legitimate jobs on careerbuilder and monster but you have to weed through temp agencies and others that may seem like spam.

I found Monster to be utterly useless. Careerbuilder was much better but be prepared because many of the jobs are in temp agencies as mentioned above or there those useless insurance (Aflac), online jobs that aren't real jobs, or silly sales jobs that aren't terribly legitimate.

Besides all that, I had decent luck getting interviews off Careerbuilder. Guess what I'm saying is that you have to wade through the dogsh*t to get to the diamonds.

From best to worst

simplyhired.com
craigslist.com
monster.com
careerbuilder.com

Not much other than that. You might want to look at temp agencies as well. A lot of these companies use temp to hire to find employees. My mom was unemployed for almost a year then she found a job through a temp to hire. My brother does various temp jobs for fun because he is in the army and goes all over the world. He has been offered at least three full time jobs through it. Most of the jobs are in the sub 12 dollar range though but if you need a job there it is.
