It was ok but not very much per hour. I am now looking into Arise to see what they have to offer. I think with Arise you have to be an independent contractor though.
If my job doesn't vote for the 4-10 work week I will have to do something. These gas prices are killing me.
Alpine is a good company though. Excellent training right from home. The training was paid at about $7 per hour, I think.
So Alpine didn't have any kind of bonus structure where you could earn more than just the hourly rate?

I would say most of them would not. The only call center jobs that "typically" have incentives are Collections type jobs. Some others may, but not typically enough that it would even make a difference!

Interesting...many of them advertise bonus structures but are light on details. So it's probably really small amounts.

I mean, it just depends.

A lot of them offer an "incentive" to work nights.

Others may offer on sales, but, you have to remember, that most people calling in to buy are already buying, so what would be in the incentive for them to incent you?

I work for a Call Center that is one of the Television Shopping Channels, and we offer no incentives at all, other than night shift. No bonuses, so spiffs, nothing. When I worked for a collections call center, I had reps making 1300+ a month in bonuses

I can't remember if they did. They probably offer raises after a long while. I don't think I was offered any bonuses or incentives. Then again I was working the "Of**** ***ot account. Don't know what other accounts offer with Alpine.

LiveOps does pay .25 per talk minute, and they also offer various bonuses. If you are among their elite sales teams (and I was), you can earn as much as $20/hour on certain weekend/overnight/holiday shifts. I averaged about $14/hour and worked about 20-25 hrs/week.

henryy! is on a distinguished road
i think you are dreaming, because they dont pay that much that too to a part timer! i myself am a call center manager and we at max pay around $600-800 to part time employees and with commission they make around 1500. and that all depends on the number of calls they make and quality as well.

Thanks,
H Jason!
