Well, I got an interview last week, but they haven't call me yet so should I go a follow up call and/or e-mail?

What do I ask?

If I do call, then a receptionist pick up the phone, should I ask, "May I talk to Todd?"

BTW, Todd was the person who interview me!

Yes, tell them to transfer you to Todd. I think an email is a less abrasive way. Usually if they don't call or email you back..then you haven't gotten the job.

I suggest that you call and say:

"Todd, thank for the taking the time to meet with me. I wanted to reiterate that I'm very interested in the opportunity at your company. When do you project that you'll be making a final hiring decision"? If you get his voicemail, change the last line to:
"I look forward to hearing back from you."

What about if the receptionist ask me to leave a message for Todd? How do I go about it?

My $.02:

If you haven't written your thank-you note yet, do it immediately and preferably send it via email to Todd. Or by snail mail if you don't have an email address. In that letter, you reiterate how interested you are in the position. It is your last chance to sell yourself. After that, you have to sit back and wait. I've heard from HR managers and I've read this in books: People who call and ask about status risk being put in the "desperate and don't hire that person" category.
