I'm thinking of exciting new titles for myself as a night auditor at a hotel, but I haven't come up with one yet...

Director of Staff and Client Relations

That's very broad and it covers what you do.

I do like that one. I think we may be settling on Director of Human Resources.

I think you should strive to be called "Owner". However, Executive Staff Coordinator sounds like your a big dog in a big company. When I was a truck-driver, I called myself a "Interstate Commodities Relocation Technician". People loved it.

We have a local financial planning company who has a radio show on Saturdays. Anyway, the owner said that he liked the job that his receptionist was doing so much that he decided to rename her title. She is the First Impression Specialist. Their radio show always says, come see our first impression specialist. I think it sounds a little odd, but they seem to like it.
