Smile Top Cities for Blue Collar Workers

Let's pretend I am starting a business and I feel my "target" employees, based on career experience, could be found in the timber industry, steel, ah, truck drivers, even commercial fishermen.

Anybody know of a place to discover at least some basic information on what cities I oughta look at to relocate in order to start the business more successfully based on possible number of blue collar-type applicants?

There are many blue collar type people in Baltimore and surprisingly most of them are actually Americans.
