Sure you can.
I was hired into a pharmaceutical sales position within my first year out of college--they had opened up an inside sales department (telesales) that worked in conjunction with field sales reps--the natural progression was to get promoted out to the field within a couple of years, so you might look into something like that if you're not successful getting interviews going straight into the field. I got my foot in the door through taking an administrative position within their sales department through a temp agency.
There is a lot of competition for pharmaceutical sales positions because they pay pretty well so sales people tend to want them. Typically they like to see successful sales background, but a science or medical-oriented degree can also help get your foot in the door. Most important, though, are successful sales skills--particularly closing skills (they will have you try to sell them something during an interview).
Good luck!
