There was this one professor that called me at the computer center customer service number. She needed a password reset, but none of the hired staff members were there. Only hired staff and not hired students could reset passwords, so when I tried to explain this to her she went off. She started yelling, "What good does this do me?! What am I suppose to do now?!" I had signed up for Spring semester courses a few days before that too and she was suppose to be one of my professors, so I was really hoping that she would not recognize my voice when I go into the class.
Oddly enough, she's suppose to be one of those touchy-feely professors who believes in the power of happy thoughts and such. There's nothing wrong with that, but she wasn't happy at all during that conversation and it was like, "I want to help you, but the staff does not give us that kind of power."
